OR what is even scarier is when we decide to change ours! How do we know when we need a change, in relationship, in work, in life? What does it mean to give ourselves permission to be uncertain about that change? Sara Cate + Ashley explore what it means to stay in integrity with our own knowing in our bodies when something feels like we need to change course. Ashley is off to Atlanta, folks! These two explore her personal transition, and how she allowed her mind and body change directions with her next move. As Sara Cate says " be firm in your intention and free in your form" which means journaling something like Ashley said, "this or better". We can put ourselves on a path and allow that to change direction at any moment, change is already scary we don't need to make it worse by not allowing ourselves to honor what new directions might be better.
