Time to get off of that destructive path and lead yourself onto a path of strength.
We all have times during the day where we have to make a decision between responding emotionally or logically. Emotional responses always seem easier and more satisfying in the heat of the moment. However they also seem to carry more of a negative impact, either short term and/or long term. Where logical responses seem harder, because they make us stop and think about the situation as a whole and not just what bothers us about it.
