Chris Reeves is a physical education teacher at Warrior Elementary School in Alabama and has been there since 2013.  He is a two-time alum of UAB.
Interestingly, Chris first graduated from UAB with a degree in Theater, then went on several years later to get his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. Chris is currently the President Elect on the ASAHPERD Board of Directors where he has also served for many years as Vice President of the Physical Education Division
Chris also participates in HEAL United which stands for Healthy Eating, Active Living.  In his work with HEAL he is an Assistant Coordinator and we will learn more about his role in HEAL in just a few minutes.  Chris was also the recipient of the 2020 ASAHPERD Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year.
