So far we have seen some massive moves made by teams and it is often a shock to the players who are suddenly told to move to another city. But that change is a sign of something good, which is that they are wanted and valued by another organization. This is true in our everyday lives also, when major change comes the best thing we can do is embrace it and expect good to come out of it. Losing one job and starting another is the beginning of a new opportunity.
