Episode Synopsis

‘Stand firm and be deeply rooted in love. (Eph 3:17). Ten minute meditation, including a mindfulness practice, scripture and prayer to help us take a pause in the day- to be ‘Rooted’ in nature, in God’s love and in the here and now. In this episode you will be guided through some breathing exercises and encouraged to use your different senses as you centre yourself. Some verses are used from Psalm 139 ending with a traditional Irish Blessing (author unknown although often attributed to St. Patrick). Meditation led by Claire Maxwell
