Seg 1: I learn that when you do an update to your GPS watch make sure that it is complete before you try to use it for a run. Ran with Laura at the Mountain in the late afternoon.Seg 2: Walked at Mountain Park Park on Monday, a day I should have been running. The plan is to run on Tuesday to make up for the missed run on Monday.Seg 3: Didn't make up the day I missed so today is Wednesday and will just go with the program and not worry about making up the missed day.
