Self-Care Sharing is a strategy that I encourage moms to do when they’re feeling stressed or strained about dividing their time between taking care of themselves and others. The short version is that you devote some of your self-care time to activities you love which you can also share with your loved ones. It’s a “feed two birds with the same seeds” philosophy. But what about if you’re an introvert?
