Episode Synopsis

The systemic inflammation excess carbs creates is real. I was reminded this week why I cut them out. My joints and my feet hurt so much this week!But I also knew that was a risk. I understood I would need to work through the pain, even if that meant slowing down a little and being okay with lower quality workouts this week.That also gave me the chance to see how quickly I could reset and to be reminded of the difference between carb hungry signals and fat adapted hunger signaling. I'll stick to my low-carb eating and skip the reminder next time 😂.No excuses!
