The world today loves to over complicate things. Why does everyone think science has it all figured out and need 35 studies to prove something before they believe it to be true?Eating is one of those things I keep hearing about. They make you think there's some perfect window, but there's not. In fact, if you needed that timing to be perfect, how would farmers big as big and strong as they are? How would our ancestors make it at all? It's not logical or natural. It's yet another thing they use to confuse you and sell things to you.Set your target numbers. Eat those targets in the day whenever you want. If you skip a meal, it won't kill your gains. If you overdo one meal a week or even one day, it won't offset your entire week, especially if you don't make a habit of it. But that's more of a different issue altogether.No excuses!
