Recently it came to my attention that at a deep subconscious level I was always feeling "bad, naughty, waiting to get in trouble"  A deep fear of not doing enough or being enough. Daily I would chastise myself for every decision I made. Particularly in parenthood and business.

After doing some self-assessment and exploration I heard the term "RADICAL SELF ACCEPTANCE" 

So I started to play with the idea, what would it look like, what does it feel like to welcome it ALL to the surface.  What would it feel like to trust myself and the process EVEN MORE!
