Listen "Transition to sustainability. Dominic Offer, Director of Client Engagement & Sustainability."

Episode Synopsis

In this episode of Sustain Talks, I am talking to Dominic Offer who started thinking about what was happening in the world at a very young age. He is Director of Engagement & Sustainability at Bristol Global Mobility an international company that helps relocate people.  Dominic tells us that when he realised the company he works for was one of the industry's biggest emitters, he brainstormed ways to make them a more sustainable company in the future, he shared his concerns with his co workers and went on to start the "Move the World initiative," which has been at the forefront of Bristol's sustainability journey. Dominic was so passionate about helping his organisation become more sustainable that he started working on it in his own time.  His company realised the benefits of being more sustainable business and changed his role to recognise his work.   The journey in Sustainability is not an easy one Dominic said, and in this Sustain Talks he walks us through his biggest challenges and life lessons from his journey to become a sustainable business and how making small steps is key to progress.
