So many of us assume we need hours upon hours to fit exercise into our lives. I personally get frustrated seeing posts about someone's 90 minute workout. So not needed! Unless you are training for a race. Weight lifting? Definitely not necessary. If someone is working out that long, they need to optimize their plan. I see it as discouraging others. Let's be real. How much do you need?
