Episode Synopsis
Rachel discusses the key to managing irrational thoughts. Theses thoughts fall into one of five categories. Once we are able to recognize the thought and what category it falls in to, we put in a little work: replace the irrational thought, acknowledge that you are unhappy (or pissed), bring it back to the facts of the situation, and identify any action you can take.
