In this market update you’ll see evidence of a Spring market with somewhat mixed results.  That is, in this market, some homes are moving quickly while others sit for weeks or even months.  Interest rates are hovering just below 7%, with small fluctuations daily.  FHA and VA loans are right at 6.25%. There are opportunities out there if you are able to afford a home in this market.  Some sellers are willing to negotiate and some builders are offering great interest rates or other incentives to get rid of their existing inventory.   If you or someone you know needs help with real estate, don’t hesitate to get in touch.  I’m here to help if you need anything.
