In this episode I interview Jayne Spencely who is a cacao importer, medicine carrier and ceremonist who shares with us her wonderful journey with cacao and how she had her spiritual awakening that changed her path forever. Jayne always worked in wellness and fitness and taught meditation and was always engaged in spirituality. In January 2020 she had a huge awakening through the cacao.
