When we address these issues, how to clean my own heart, the inner ecology of humanity is the state that the external ecology of the world is in. so, to be the change we want to see in the world, we try to clean our own values, our own character by connecting with our own inner state of life, of consciousness, of love. And then we make choices, big choices are small choices, integrity is to apply the principles we hold sacred in our life to the way we live. And a meaningful life is when we're even willing to make sacrifices and endure hardships for a higher cause.
