For this episode we speak to James & Helen of Wilderness Brewing, out of Welshpool, mid Wales. Like many of the best stories of people who start breweries or are producers of mixed ferm beers, it’s one of quite simple necessity and a love for the physical job at hand. This is how James came to start Wilderness Brewing, and as it grew he needed help along the way. In comes Helen to help guide the passion and vision. We sit and chat at Little Earth Fest 2024, covering all the areas that make James & Helen want to do what they do, ingredients, people, processes, art, and raising awareness of causes close to their hearts.
