We speak to Laura from Funk Dungeon, James and Will from Balance Brewing, and Jonny from Mills Brewing.  Each of the guests give us an insight to their brewery, and we cover subjects like why they chose to produce mixed ferm beer, using UK ingredients, whether community and being local is important, and if their beer has a sense of place.
