Education plays a significant role in the growth of young children and our time in school really played a huge role in shaping us into the people we are today. Some people found their passion which later developed into a career, others maybe found their soulmate and married their highschool sweetheart while others like myself discovered our caffeine addictions which stayed with us throughout college, all the way until we started working :) 
In todays episode I have a chat with Mr. Eric Henry, my economics teacher from highschool, to talk about how education plays a role in shaping young boys to good men and how to best achieve this goal in an era where the system may not optimal for this endeavour and more and more boys showing poor performance in school compared to their female counterparts.
