To make a plan and to be open and flexible to change that plan is a motto I try to live by. However, sometimes even the best plans don’t seem to work, because we get lost in the daily grind... I try to be more gracious with myself, because the day has 24 hours and I am learning to call it a day when my body tells me: “stop you fool”!
