After watching all the Rocky movies with my son I was taken by a scene in Rocky 6 (Rocky Balboa), where he challenges his son to fight back whatever life throws at him and to keep moving forward. At the same time Rocky is dealing with whatever he still carries inside (in his basement), but can’t let go. As Rocky, we have to deal with whatever we carry in our basement and learn to let go in order to move on; to move forward!
