But here's one thing you can do to support yourself in the important practice of making judgments, or decisions, in your life.What if you were to take a period of time where nothing is right or wrong, good or bad for that moment, it just is right now for that moment. And how you feel about it isn't right or wrong, good or bad for that moment, it just is.
