Do you know what a blindspot is? Up until a year ago, I had never heard the term. I would guess it's an area you don't see. I would even suggest it's a traffic term, when you look over your shoulder to make sure there is not a car coming up from behind you. Isn't that called the blindspot? I believe it is. Anyway, today I'm talking about a different kind of blindspot. One that I learned in a painful way, but that has brought much wisdom and understanding. It has made me a better me. Thanks to one of the leaders of the John Maxwell Team, Mr. John Griffin who leads the President's Advisory Council. And I must do a shoutout to his lovely wife Antoinette Griffin, who also taught me something incredibly valuable, which I talk about in episode 18: Introvert or Extrovert?
