From Busseto (Parma) to Ibiza’s shores, Roberto Lodola is an Italian DJ, composer and record-producer whose journey began in 1982 at the “Mondo Blu” club.
Recognised as one of the pioneers in Afro-funky-cosmic and Balearic influenced sound-scapes, his work spans decades and includes productions like “Zanzibar Helen” (1985) and his project under the alias Rhythm Factory.
Now well-established in the Ibiza scene, his sets and productions weave together world music, funk, Afrobeat and cosmic textures—always grounded in deep record-digging and genuine groove.
