029: In this episode I sat down with Winn Mallard, founder of SolSeed – a school of Spiritual Ecology and Esoteric Development, based in Pisac, Peru – to explore the ecology of mysticism and esoteric development.
We looked at the relationship between mysticism and creativity, often curbed by the challenges of modern materialism. Winn shares her journey to and through esoteric teachings, along the way explaining how taming your psychological aggregates (pride, fear – to name a few...) and understanding sacred sexuality can help to a shift of consciousness.
