Authorities across the North West are continuing to monitor the latest developments in relation to storm Bram. The alert has already been upgraded this morning. The entire country will now come under an orange alert for wind. It's already in place in Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wicklow, Wexford and Waterford, lasting until 3pm. It will extend to Sligo and Leitrim from 11 am. The orange warning then comes into effect for Donegal at 2 p.m. this afternoon. 42 flights have into and out of Dublin airport have also been cancelled, while ferry services are also impacted. It's all part of Storm Bram, the second named storm to hit the country in two months. Ciaran Brett from Leitrim County Council has been issuing the following advice to the general public.
