We got a new MIC today. YEAY :)  And in spectacular newbie fashion, we kept moving the the mic on the table a couple of times during the recording. Hello scratchy bits here and there. UGH.  We will do better next time. 
This short episode is just a mic check/test. We did not have a planned topic of discussion today-- and because John Anthony was cooking, we ended up talking about his cooking skills, salt, and a brief discussion on how using the words 'goals' or 'resolutions' may psychologically hinder results for some of us.  Thank you for listening! :)
