Disturbing details emerged indicating that a report compiled by the US Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) on the assassination of former Police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi, has gone missing, New Vision has learnt. This came to the fore after security agencies re-opened investigations into the murder.
