We spend so much time trying to find and experience peace...but peace is a result, an outcome...it begins with glory! The pursuit of true peace actually starts with where we place glory.

The things we praise, celebrate, give honor and glory to...these become the anchors for our levels of peace. The better the anchor, the stronger the peace! The more unstable our sources of glory, the most likely our peace to be lost.

This Christmas season as we hear the angels sing "Glory to God and on earth peace to men on whom His favor rests.", let's recognize that if we want peace and favor, we must begin by giving God the glory! God gets the glory, we get the peace!
