Menstruation comes and my uplines informed me not to take any measurements of weight during this period.. or it will not be accurate. 
however, if you are still losing weight during your menstruation, do let me know by leaving your message for me :)
Good thing i realised about myself, i didn't take chocolates but i found out that popcorns is also a good thing for weightloss as it's high in fibres and low in carbs :)
Yes, i do feel more tired and lazy.. but food wise i still cheat and still maintain less or lesser rice rule..
