Episode Synopsis
Report on weight: 56.85kg!!!! ( lost 2.35kg since i began TR90/ lost 1.95kg since my staycation of 4days in Orchard)
Brunch/lunch: Teppanyaki ( sliced beef with chilli and salt, 1 plate of stir fry green veg & 1 plate of bean sprouts, 1/2 bowl of rice) & 1 slice of papaya and 1 slice of cantaloupe..
Dinner: Kale salad with canned tuna (1 tablespoon), chick peas (1.5 tablespoons), 4-5 leftover crabsticks, 1 fry egg ( sunny side up) 7-8 cherry tomatoes..
after dinner: 1 TR90 Greenshake, 1 banana..
My takeaway: been 2-3 days since i incorporated the fruits into my diet and i find, the peach and blackberries seems like a real good deal for weightloss for burning my fats..
also, for the kale, it's a super detoxifier... i love the effects of it cos i always have constipation problems.. it cleared me off real fast and effective :)
Tip of the day, stock up the fridge with more fruits and vegetables,.. so it's never a pain to prepare your salads.. and make your salads more appetising so you wont feel you are in hell journey for journey on weightloss...
With same ingredients, some people don't make the full use of it, but let our creative juices flow and maximise the taste of all that we have :)
Then our weightloss journey will be a holistic experience.. not hell. :)
