In celebration of World Hijab Day in February and International Women's Day in March, we bring to you this very special episode of Muslimedium! This month we explore some of the achievements of Muslim women today, which doesn't make the news! In our student life section we discuss the problem of "Mansplaining" in the academic world. We go on to hear a fantastic spoken word poem 'Freedom' by @HoudaNoussi - check out and support her channel here! During our chai chats we discussed the rights of women in Islam and we finished off with our Agony Aunty Jee answering a question on Hijab.
