Episode Synopsis "Email, PII, and You"

Did you know that email is unencrypted?  Any server or person along its path is able to read the contents of your email and its attachments.  With the district's move to Office365, we have new tools available to us to help spot and stop data leaks, such as emails that contain PII (personally identifiable information).  Here are some terms that you might hear in today's episode: Personally Identifiable Information (PII):  Information, when used by itself or in combination with other information, that can identify an individual. Unencrypted:  Not obfuscated; not protected from unauthorized access
