Welcome to Moving Meditation, I'm Brookelyn Carter, a qualified Yoga Instructor who has been guided to share with you my own personal meditation techniques & healing. Moving Meditation is my own personal practice which combines guided meditation with subtle stretches & movements to assist in releasing stagnant energy or emotions, which may be showing up as stress, sleeplessness or anxiety. I will help guide you to release these unwanted emotions and energies, making space for healing & self love. I believe we have all that we need & desire within us, we just need to look within to find it.
