This week we chat about Ben’s incredible challenge #Fitatfifty, from what inspired him, and how he’s found the challenge so far. Ben explains that although he’s found the physical side of the challenge really rewarding, it’s the mental challenge and the community that it’s built that his really pushed him to keep going
We also discuss his non-negotiables for how to stay fit and how he’s always been good at not letting a big night out affect his day.
We chat about filming the new show reality show ‘The Summit’, what it was like travelling out to New Zealand to film and how it’s one of the ‘most exciting things’ he’s ever done.
