He is the creator of Lead U, a group of artists, performers, and educators that facilitate workshops for schools across the country. JD guides Lead U with energy and confidence, and leaves his audience feeling inspired and empowered. JD has definitely done his share of hard work. Right after launching Lead U, the pandemic hit, and closed down his opportunities to teach in schools. Then, his mother passed away. JD then moved to Hawaii in search of new energy, inspiration and time to heal. JD has been involved in performing arts, and wrote and acted in an original play.
