As a child, Ryan was torn from his family and victimized by the Orange County social services system. As an adult, Ryan is victimized by the Riverside County conservatorship system. Ryan was a victim of sexual abuse for years. The Pubic Guardian currently isolates Ryan from his biological family. Ryan’s court appointed attorney encourages the isolation and finds any reason to create conflict.
