23 May, 2025 – CAPE COD, MA – Massachusetts' 1600 libraries could be in trouble. The federal government ordered a termination of federal funding for museums and libraries. Attorney generals from twenty states, among them Massachusetts, sued the government and are waiting for the court decision. Why did they file and what could the order mean for local libraries? We sat down with Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell to ask these questions and more.
