Cape Cod’s crown jewels, it's beaches, attract millions of visitors to the Cape every year. However, these waters are just out of reach for many would-be-beach-goers who are unable to enjoy this core piece of the Cape. As the Americans With Disabilities Act turns 35 years this July we, a group of reporters, set out in the height of Cape Cod’s humid summer season, to look into who can actually access these profitable recreational pleasures.
