You’re looking for your Beshert - the one you want to be with forever. Here you come across someone and they have a lot of what you like - personality, ideas, but there’s something off. This other person has dreams and aspirations which are in other direction than where you are going. (btw, try to talk about dreams and bigs ideas early on in the getting-to-know-you phase)  When you do see an big aspiration gap, be careful.  Take this as an example - You're getting on two separate buses going in two separate directions. Being joined with someone on the other bus, is like hopping on a one way bus to Texas, when you really wanted to get to Canada. If your date definitely wishes to live in Israel in 4 years with no wiggle room, and you definitely do now,  then don’t feel bad to walk away. Look at the little things, if they are big to you, if it bothers you, take your unmarried single-hearted liberty and roll out. You'll be glad you did.
