Cultivating joy is one of the most profound ways we heal trauma. Bringing it back into our lives. reminding ourselves that it is our birthright to experience joy and that it is possible for us to find our way back to joy even after catastrophic things have happened, can become an orientation for our healing that makes us want to show up for the hard work.
