Let’s review your year and your weight loss journey!
Listen y’all, don’t NOT do this. Reviewing and evaluating can set you up to reach your goal twice as fast. They have that much of an impact.
I’m sharing with you an easy reviewing exercise in this episode. That’s right, the work is already done for you! Just write down those questions and take a 20-minute walk and think through your answers or get your notebook out and reflect on the questions.
I also share with you my answers and review with you my own goals over the last year.
Doing this exercise will not only have you celebrating your wins and finding what didn’t work over the year, but it’ll also set you up for planning your goal for next year.
Take 20 minutes to do this exercise and give yourself the opportunity to get to your goal (or next goal) twice as fast!
