About a month ago, I went on a 30-day digital declutter recommended by the author Cal Newport in his book, Digital Minimalism.
If you had asked me at the beginning if I'd be sharing my experience with anyone, let alone my podcast audience, I would have given you a hard and definitive no.
But this experience was too transformative to keep to myself. And don't you worry, it's so much like what we go through with food that you'll have so many takeaways you'll need to come back and listen again.
You'll be able to relate as I share with you my relationship with screens & the digital world and how I was using that to avoid my emotional experiences. Just like with food, it never ends up feeling good in the long run so I decided to do something about it.
