Welcome to episode 13 of the podcast!
We’re talking about your “why” on your weight loss journey on today’s episode.
You might have heard this idea of knowing your why and using your why to stay motivated while you’re going after your goals.
We’re taking this idea and applying it to weight loss journey, why it’s so important to know your why, and how it makes your journey easier. Yes, easier.
It can already be an uncomfortable and difficult journey at times to lose weight by changing your beliefs around food and your emotions, but it’s so much easier to do so when you have a strong foundation to keep you strong and keep you going when it gets hard.
We’ll also talk about how knowing your why can help you with obstacles on your journey, learning and using new skills like evaluating, and when fear & doubt pop up while you're losing weight.
Lastly, we’ll cover how to create your why and I’ll go over a process I take my clients through to help out with this (it’s one of my clients’ favorite parts of our work together!).
