Summer has been amazing - it's not quite over yet I know (we did see some super hot weather in the end! Haha!) but now it’s time to start thinking ahead... refocus and get back on track!
Here’s what we covered during the workshop:
🌟 The 4-3-2 Approach: This is your simple, sustainable method to reboot your routine: 4 workouts a week to keep you moving, 3 balanced meals a day to fuel your body and 2 sets of batch cooking each week to maintain your mental well-being. It’s all about creating a balanced lifestyle that feels good and keeps you energized.
🌟 Reverse Engineering Your 90-Day Goals: We talked about how to break down your big, exciting goals into 90-day chunks. By reverse engineering your goals, you can create a clear, actionable plan that keeps you on track and motivated. Whether it’s improving your fitness, dialling in your nutrition, or building new habits, focusing on what you can achieve in the next 90 days makes it all feel doable and rewarding.
🌟 Snacking Smart: Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated. Think of snacks as mini-meals that support your overall nutrition, like nuts, fresh fruit or a protein-packed smoothie.
🌟 Being Kind to Yourself: Remember, it’s okay if every day isn’t perfect. Progress isn’t always linear and being kind to yourself is crucial for long-term success. We discussed how to stay positive, adjust your approach when needed and to be your own cheerleader NOT your own bully.
But knowing what to do is only half the battle...
