🍫 Any advice for not craving chocolate?

❤️‍🩹 How do I get back into safe workouts with my current blood pressure issues? I’m scared to work out in case it makes things worse, but in another breath, I know working out makes you feel better!

🤔 What does Lorna do in-between the 6 AM and 6:30 AM classes? Lie down? More exercise? Get organized? Something else?

💧 I'm struggling with my water intake. How can I make sure I'm having enough?

⏰ Any tips on getting into a good routine?

🧘‍♀️ I struggle to sleep, and meditation really helps. Can we have a meditation session in the on-demand section?

🥗 How to judge 70/30 eating?

🦵 As I have spinal stenosis and a weak right leg, when I sit up to roll down, I can’t have my feet flat on the floor, only my heels. Is this okay? I can do a full roll back and up, no problem.
