Today in Episode 78, I chat with British runner, Adam Foggy. Foggy was on the show almost three years ago, in August 22. It was at this time he had recently changed his allegiance to British and had been overseas for around a year as well. Back then he was a high 3:37 guy over the 1500m and now can run a 1:34. In 2024, he wasn't far off Olympic selection in the 1500m, shown clearly by his talent in the mile this year where ran as quick as a 3:49 at Boston. A big year ahead for Foggy including a 5,000m or two, so tune in to hear how he is training and what is coming up!
