Today on season 4, episode 93, I invite onto the show, QLD and Sunshine Coast runner, Ben Tacey. Ben grew up and still resides on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. He finished school at Immanuel Lutheran College back in 2018 and thrived primarily in the 800m and 1500m events at school. Since finishing he has studied a sports management degree, travelled and trained overseas and run as quickly as 3:47 in the 1500m and 14:30 in the 5k. He is also now a coach, starting his own business after coaching for a few years now, working with both kids and adults online.
