Listen "S2 Ep 38 - Jack Bruce"
Episode Synopsis
Today in Season 2, Episode 9, I interview Brisbane runner, Jack Bruce. Jack graduated from the prestigious Anglican Church Grammar School in 2011, winning the 6k GPS cross country event this year. A year and a half later he left Australia to join the American college running system, where he remained for a handful of years. In the last four or so years, Jack has been training predominantly out of UQ and various locations with a small elite Brisbane and Australian running group. Jack has achieved feats as great as winning the Bridge to Brisbane and the Australian 3000m Championships at Box Hill in 2021. So like always, kick back, throw the headphones in and enjoy hearing from one of Australia’s most consistent runner over the past eight or so years as he talks about his racing and training centred primarily around the 5k and 10k events.
