Brisbane's Katie Dall is as inspiring as a runner, as she is a coach. Running in her life has taken many forms, but has probably been more present at the the ultra distance level. Katie's background in fitness is highly varied; she has competed as a body builder, weight lifter and triathlete, to name a few. Her focus more recently has been on her Brisbane running group and business, Club KT, which was founded in 2020 recently after the influx of COVID in Australia. Club KT has seen great successes in many facets, but its the importance they place on the benefits of running on mental health that resonated with me during this interview. The club have arguably the strongest social media presence from any running group in Brisbane, drawing large numbers to sessions. Join me as you hear about KTs back ground in the sport and her passion for building positive mental health in the local Brisbane community through running.
